Years before she published The Hunger Games, Suzanne Collins wrote for several Nickelodeon shows, including Clarissa Explains it All.
It all makes sense now.

24. STAR TREK (2009)
Growing up a Trekkie, I will always be down to watch this movie. Funny, entertaining and a great mix action and character moments - it’s just a fun watch. Plus, Chris Pine is a cutie :)
However, don’t EVER play the lens flare drinking game. There’s only one rule - take a sip whenever there’s a lens flare - but it’s just too much.

23. SAFE HOUSE
Non-stop action, this movie definitely kept me guessing on what side each person stood on.
The only cons for me were definitely not enough shirtless Ryan Reynolds and the shaky camera work. I’m not on board of this whole “realistic” camera work where it’s shaky and trys to follow the action like a human eye would. Not only does this cause me motion sickness, but it...

22. RUMBLE IN THE BRONX
No one can do what Jackie Chan can - amazing fight choreography with personality and humor without stilting the action.

Which may mean nothing at all, but I don’t like it. At all.
I also hate his answer here:
But I did want to ask about…

21. DATE NIGHT
TV stars make the jump to the big screen and I love it! I wasn’t exactly looking forward to watching this, but there was great blend of action and laughs with the backdrop of a modern marriage that was I entertained and engaged throughout.

20. JURASSIC PARK
It’s seriously amazes me every time I watch how great this movie is. The dinosaurs hold up despite 20 years of movie special effects advancements. Always a great watch, I’m kind of excited for JURASSIC 4 at this point.
